 Shipping Policy – King Smart Wood Shop

Processing & Lead Time We do our best to keep a healthy stock of our products. Our products we have in stock typically dispatch within 1-3 business days. For orders with an item not in stock or a custom item, please allow 1–4 weeks for production before your order ships. Some items may require additional time — we'll notify you if your order requires a longer lead time.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days. We offer a flat rate shipping of $14.90.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country (typically 10–21 business days). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos at andrew@kingsmartwoodshop.com
